On 18th of July 1966: Stated Owned Lisheng Machinery Plant (No.333 factory) was established and located at the deep TaihangMountain in LaiYuanCounty. The company was in the period of construction.

In 1972: The high shrapnel products have finalized the design, and the plant has the capable of producing military products.

In August of 1975: The plant renamed to Stated owned LingYun Plant.

In 1980: The supply of the national military products was ceased. The accumulative military products were 4,600,000 shots.

In 1981: The company intend to produce civilian products of bicycle front and back shaft.

In 1983、1985: Produce exported military products.

In 1985: The enterprise entered market to seek civilian products exploitation, signed joint venture letter of intend in June, established corporation ship with Tianjin Auto factory in December, and exploited 4 kinds 8 pieces components.

On 25th of Semptember1986: Zhuozhou civilian products Base celebrate the opening ceremony. The product value of civilian products was 2,360,000 yuan in that year.

In July of 1987: The first joint venture enterprise, Chiaust Plastics Co., Ltd. established with Australia IPS company.

In 1987: The company signed the agreement of drive shaft national production trial-manufacture with Tianjin minisize Auto Co., Ltd.

In 1991: The company has completed the remove of Automobile components’ production line.

In 1992: Has founded the production line of drive shaft; completed the remove of drive shaft production; founded the production line of auto bike case; completed the remove of case production.

In July of 1992: the plant renamed to Hebei LingYun Machinery Factory.

In August of 1993: Changchun Chinaust Automobile Parts Co., Ltd was established.

In December of 1993: Shanghai Chiaust Plastics Co., Ltd. was established.

On 17th of November 1994: The whole plant moved to Zhuozhou City, Hebei province, has completed the strategy remove of subsistence condition.

In May of 1995: LingYun Automobile components Co., Ltd. was established.

In June of 1995: Codan-LingYun Automotive Rubber Hose Co., Ltd. was established.

In November of 1995: Delphi Saginaw LingYun Drive-shaft Co., Ltd. was established.

In March of 1999: Hebei LingYun Industrial Group Co., Ltd founded. The stockholders were China North Industries Group Corporation and employee stock organization; the share proportion is 57:43.

In May of 1999: Chongqing Chang’an LingYun Automobile Components Co., Ltd. was established.

In October of 2000: Haerbin Hafei Automobile Components Co., Ltd. was established.

In November of 2000: On based of LingYun Automobile Components Co., Ltd., LingYun Industrial Co., Ltd was established.

In March of 2001: The company realized the transfer from debt to stock. The three-shared stockholders are: China North Industries Group Corporation (45%), China Xinda Capital Management Company (38%), and China Huarong Capital Management Company (17%). The company set up the bran-new juridical person management structure.

In May of 2001: The company founded five departments and one office, established the group management structure.

In July of 2001: Shenzhen Chiaust Plastics Co., Ltd. was established.

On 28th of October 2002: The Security Supervising Committee approved the documentation prepared by LingYun Industrial Co., Ltd.

On 30th of October 2002: China Xinda Asset Management Corporation transferred all its share (38%) to Beijing Shide Investment Co., Ltd.

On 12th of November 2002: China Huarong Capital Management Corporation transferred all its share (17%) to China Ordnance Industries Group Corporation.

On 18th of November 2002: Hebei LingYun Machinery and Electricity Co., Ltd. was established.

On 31st of March 2003: Shanghai LingYun Redsun Combustion Equipment Co., Ltd. was established.

On 22nd of April 2003: Beijing LingYun Dongwon Science and Technology Co., Ltd. was established.

On 15th of August 2003: LingYun Industrial Co., Ltd. was successfully listed in Shanghai stock market.

On 28th of October 2003: Hebei Chinaust Automotive Plastics Co., Ltd. established.

On 12th of April 2004: The company purchased Hafei welding company, established Haerbin LingFei Welding Parts Co., Ltd.

On 18th of June 2004: Shanghai LingYun Dongwon Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. was established.

In December of 2004: The company completed the innovation of assistant enterprises. It founded Zhuozhou Lingyun trade Co., Ltd, Zhuozhou Lingyun hospital, Zhuozhou Xingda iron wood product Co., Ltd with the innovation assets.

In December of 2004: Lingyun group Co., Ltd entrusted Shanghai office of China North Industries Group Corporation.

On 30th of August 2005: It completed the new construction of Codan-LingYun Automotive Rubber Hose Co., Ltd. And then removed to Zhuozhou exploiter square.

In November of 2005: Chongqing Chang’an LingYun Automobile Components Co., Ltd.

On 1st of January 2006: LingYun Industrial Co., Ltd exit from Haerbin LingFei Welding Parts Co., Ltd, transferred all the stock to Hafei group.

In January of 2006: The new site of Changchun Chinaust Automobile Components Co., Ltd was founded and removed.

On 20th of January 2006: Shanghai George Fischer Chiaust Plastic fitting Co., Ltd and Shanghai Chiaust Auto Plastic Co., Ltd. was registered, brought ground 60 mu.

In May of 2006: The new site of Haerbin Hafei Automobile Components Co., Ltdwas founded, and brought ground 41 mu.

On 27th of June 2006:China North Industries company purchased Shide company 50% share in Lingyun group Co., Ltd. The share structure of Lingyun group Co., Ltd is 50% in China North Industries Group Corporation, and 50% in China North Industries company.

On 22th of December 2006:Saginaw Lingyun Drive Shaft (Wuhu) Co., Ltd was established.

On 2nd of April 2008:Nanjing Branch of Lingyun Industrial Corp. was established.

On 16th of June 2008:Wuhan Lingyun Automobile Components Co., Ltd. was established.
